About Me

Hi,

I created Joyfull Joy to bring JOY to people’s lives, mental health (and FOOD.)

A place where the stigma is broken with mental health.

Where nobody feels alone in their struggles.

Where you can be creative with food.

Where you can fuel your body with GOODNESS.

(Which FYI also means cookies, burgers and salted caramel #balancednotclean).

I created this blog at the back end of a dark place.

In which my mental health had reached it’s worst.

I started this blog to bring JOY back into my life.

To find JOY again.

But also to bring JOY to others.

To bring JOY to your food.

To bring JOY to your life.

To open up the conversation about mental health.

To open up the conversation about nutrition.

I hope you find JOY here,

Much love,

Joy xx
