So if you listened to my latest podcast episode I mentioned how I wanted to show different perspectives on how people have navigated lockdown.
I think that one thing that keeps as strong as humanity through any difficult time is COMMUNITY.
How as a whole we can come together to help each.
And I think it’s important to connect with the wider world to understand how different people have stayed afloat and how we can LEARN from each other.
So my plan has been to connect with my community members to show several different perspectives and creative ways of helping your mental health and keeping afloat through this trying times.
I interviewed my Australian best friend, Davey for his experience of lockdown and how he kept sane.
Some of the most useful things he has found has been (I’m not going to reveal too much as I don’t want to spoil the episode for you)-
- Dungeons and Dragons
- Watching Youtube videos (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=snAhsXyO3Ck <<< really recommend this one)
- Connecting with friends in various creative forms.
Have a listen for some new creative ways of looking after your mental health in lockdown.
If you have any fresh perspectives of how you have managed your mental health in lockdown then please contact me through the contact page on my blog.
